An exciting visual installation will take place at Heal's Tottenham Court Road in collaboration with architecture firm Jestico & Whiles, taking inspiration from the Heal's AW17 interiors collection. The new collection, which will launch in store during the festival, draws on an opulent colour palette and Nordic textures. Heal’s will be introducing Morten, a new range of Scandi-inspired living and bedroom furniture, as well as the luxurious Richmond sofa and Balmoral bed in jewel-tone velvets among many other pieces.

There will be a series of daytime and evening events running throughout London Design Festival, all hosted by designers, skilled artisans and serious crafters. Heal’s will host activities with surface designer Marcus Walters and illustrator Eloise Renouf, both of whom have designed exclusive ceramic designs for AW17, and expert crafter Emily Dawe who will draw inspiration from the colours and textures of the collection in her workshops.

Also taking place on 20th September from 6 – 9pm at Heal’s Tottenham Court Road is the annual Heal’s LDF Party. To celebrate the launch of Morten, a new range of living and bedroom furniture, Heal’s is throwing a Scandinavian themed event with craft workshops and demonstrations taking place over 3 floors, as well as Scandinavian beverages and live music. This event is supported by Cointreau, Georg Jensen, Scandinavian cider brand, älska and Danish caterer, Snaps + Rye.
